Day Care Program

The East Henrietta Rd. Community Day Care Center, Inc., established in 2003, is a not-for-profit organization licensed for a capacity of 44 children. The center opens Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and offers a full-day program for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years.

It also offers a before and after care program as well as a full day summer/vacation program for students ages 6-12. The program includes field trips, art and crafts, outdoor activities and occasional guest visits.

The staff is trained to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of each child.

Children are divided into four groups based on age: infants, toddlers, preschool and school-age.

The program is designed to allow every child an equal opportunity to develop at his/her own pace in a safe, healthy, loving and enriched environment.

Programs are theme project approach based, giving children many opportunities to develop social, emotional, cognitive, physical and cultural skills.

Each day includes breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack, as well as a mid-afternoon quiet time to allow children to rest.
